2025 Vendor Application Form – Due August 14, 2025

The 10,000 Lakes Concours d’Elegance will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the grassy infield at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota.

ABOUT
This invitational event will be a competition of rare and classic automobiles, watercraft and motorcycles and will also feature retail and food vendors, a kid zone, presentations, and live music & entertainment.

Move in Hours: 7:00 am – 9:30 am. Set up must be completed by 9:30am
Event Hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

  • Food vendors must supply proof of a health food certificate from the State of MN

  • All vendors must have liability insurance citing Canterbury Park as additional insured. Please reference insurance section to submit to your insurance company.

  • Minnesota Department of Revenue Operator Certificate of Compliance ST-19 is required. 

VENDOR INFORMATION: PRICING

  • Cost for Retail Vendors: $500 for an 10×10 Booth Space

  • Vendors may bring their own tables at no additional charge or Canterbury Park will supply one for you

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Vendors must provide a detailed description of all items that they intend to sell at the Event. There will be a limited number of “same kind” Vendors. Canterbury Park reserves the right to restrict any items offered for sale. Food and items listed on permit cannot change without prior authorization.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All applicable Vendors must submit proof of liability insurance listing Canterbury Park Holding as “additional insured” to Canterbury Park with ten (10) days written notice of any policy cancellation or material change in policy terms.

  • No Vendor will be permitted to set up if Canterbury Park has not received proof of liability insurance as herein described by application deadline, potentially without refund or compensation of any pre-payment(s) made.

  • All Vendors (unless specifically indicated) are required to carry commercial general liability insurance coverage on their activities/operations with a minimum of one million dollars ($ 1,000,000) combined single limits per occurrence and two million ($ 2,000,000) annual aggregate, insuring against claims for bodily injury and property damage.

  • All Vendors must supply a Certificate of Insurance with the appropriate limits shown and name Canterbury Park as additionally insured within 30 days of event

NOTE: Please carefully review the General Vendor Information on the Canterbury Website for terms, conditions, and regulations before filling out this application. For this event, we are only able to accept registered businesses. Privately prepared food items are not permitted.
